    说实话，口语Part 2话题卡如果能串起来准备，效率直接翻倍。下面分享一套我自己备考时反复打磨的素材，核心人物是一个热心的邻居阿姨，稍微变通一下，就能应付至少七个高频话题。话不多说，上干货。

    I’d like to talk about Aunt Wang, my next-door neighbour. She’s a retired primary school teacher in her late 60s, always wearing a neat apron and a warm smile. What strikes me most is her passion for cooking. Her kitchen is always filled with the aroma of braised pork or freshly steamed buns. On weekends, she would knock on our door and hand over a bowl of dumplings, saying “I made too many.” During the pandemic, she set up a food-sharing group in our community, teaching older residents how to use mobile apps to buy groceries and often preparing extra meals for those living alone. I still remember last winter when I had a high fever, she brought me a pot of homemade chicken soup and checked on me daily until I recovered. That small act of kindness truly warmed my heart. She is the kind of person who turns a neighbourhood into a family.

描述一个喜欢做饭的人
    直接点明王阿姨是“a passionate cook”。把素材里红烧肉、包子的细节放大，比如多描述她揉面、调馅的画面，结尾落到“For her, cooking is more than a skill; it’s her way of expressing love.”

描述一个乐于助人的人
    开头优先带出“helpful”这个关键词：“Aunt Wang is one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met.” 重点讲她建食物分享群、教老人用手机买菜、给独居邻居送饭。其他厨艺部分弱化，稍微带过就行。结尾强调她总是在别人需要时出现。

描述一位有趣的邻居
    有趣的点放在她敲门的“仪式感”和围裙。可以说“What makes her interesting is that she never shows up empty-handed.” 加入她会边送吃的边讲菜的做法，像生活博主。你甚至可以模仿她讲话的语气，让整个故事更有趣。

描述一个你钦佩的老人
    开头直接换成“An old person I truly admire is Aunt Wang.” 钦佩的理由要提前埋好：退休后还主动学用手机团购，组织邻里互助，完全不像很多人想象中的老年人。结尾落在“I admire her energy and open-mindedness.”

描述一次别人为你做的好事
    从生病的经历切入：“This topic suddenly reminds me of a touching moment. Last winter I came down with a bad flu...” 时间点、发烧、她端鸡汤、每天来看望，这些细节全部保留。结尾要有一句“I felt so grateful that words couldn’t express it.”

描述让你感到温暖的经历
    跟上一个话题共用同一件事，但把重心从“她做了什么”转到“你内心的感受”。开头可以说“There was an occasion that made me feel incredibly warm inside.” 多谈那碗汤的味道、房间里的香气，以及她走了之后你心里泛起的暖意。

描述你收到的一份特殊礼物
    直接把鸡汤当作礼物来答：“The most special gift I’ve ever received wasn’t expensive at all — it was a pot of chicken soup.” 然后讲为什么这个朴素的礼物对你意义重大，因为你当时独居、生病，这锅汤就等于陪伴。结尾点出“有时最普通的礼物反而最打动人”。

    如果你碰到的题目是“描述一个喜欢与之共度时光的人”，这套素材也能用，只需要补一两句你偶尔去她家帮她打下手、学做菜的经历，比如一起包饺子聊天，自然过渡。

练的时候注意两点
    第一，千万别机械背诵。对着每张话题卡，只换开头和结尾两到三句话，中间的主体故事可以保留80%不变，但语气要像在聊自己的真实经历。第二，把“braised pork”“steamed buns”“apron”这些具体词汇练熟，它们能瞬间拉高词汇分，比用很多抽象形容词管用得多。每次练完给自己录音，听听过渡是否自然。这套素材你根据自己的真实邻里关系微调一下，上考场几乎不会有背的痕迹，祝备考顺利。
